Dr. Raju, C. A., holds a Master’s degree M.Sc. (Agri.) in Food Science and Nutrition, awarded in 2021 from the University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), GKVK, Bangalore. Building on this academic foundation, Dr. Raju pursued doctoral research and successfully completed a Ph.D. in Food Science and Nutrition in 2024 from the same esteemed institution. Demonstrating academic excellence and subject mastery, he has qualified both the UGC-NET and ICAR-ASRB NET examinations, and has been the recipient of the prestigious UGC Junior and Senior Research Fellowships (JRF/SRF). With a strong commitment to scientific rigor and innovation, Dr. Raju continues to contribute meaningfully to the fields of food science, nutrition, processing and agri-based health interventions through research, capacity-building and knowledge dissemination.
