Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), farm science centre-Lakshadweep was established in 1999 and hosted by ICAR-Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute, Cochin, Kerala. The KVK is situated at the capital town of Lakshadweep Islands. The mandated activities of KVK is operated in the 10 inhabited islands of Lakshadweep. The KVK works with an action plan guided and approved by ICAR-Agricultural Technology Application Research Institute (ATARI), Bengaluru.
