Upon registration of the Kavaratti Island Coconut Producers Cooperative Society (FPO) the KVK has been working for its membership drive, streamlining the functions and management along with providing selected services to farmers. A business plan has been envisaged by KVK for strengthening the FPO. Through scientific deliberation the final business plan is towards production of quality copra.
