Shri. Rajnath Singh Union Minister commissioned the organic manure and poultry feed making unit of KVK established with the support of ICAR-CIFT, Kochi. This unit serves as an incubation and training centre for demonstrating the ICAR-CIFT’s technology for the production of organic manure and poultry feed from f ish wastes. The unit has incubated two entrepreneurs for the production of manure from fish waste. About 5000 kg of fish waste was converted to fish manure. The unit intends to work on promoting entrepreneurship in producing agro inputs
